Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
Monthly plans are billed in advance. If you cancel within 7 days of a charge and have run fewer than 10 checks in that period, email us for a full refund of that charge. Beyond that window, charges for the current period are non-refundable, but you will not be billed again after cancellation.
Failed or duplicate payments
Accidental duplicate charges or failed-but-debited transactions are refunded in full once verified, typically within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
